ETHAN NEAL

ETHAN NEAL  is an American conductor and baritone whose work spans opera, orchestral, and choral performance. His recent engagements include work with the Philadelphia Orchestra and Symphonic Chorus, the Spoleto Festival USA, Chautauqua Opera, and Cincinnati Song Initiative, as well as performances as Simeon in Debussy's L'Enfant Prodigue and the High Priest in Saint-Saens's Samson et Dalila. He is the Founding Artistic Director of the Artifex Ensemble. Currently, he serves on the faculty of Miami University, Thomas More University, and the School of Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, OH. Neal holds master’s degrees in Conducting and Voice Performance from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
